  • Schedule area broker showing
  • Attend area broker showing
  • Receive, review and relay buyer offer(s)
  • Assist and evaluate buyer offer(s) based on terms and conditions
  • Assist seller in responding to buyer agent compensation if not predetermined
  • Assist seller in the generation of a written counter offer to buyer
  • Assist seller in the negotiation of buyer counter offer 
  • Assist seller in the evaluation of buyer inspection repair request
  • Assist seller in the generation of a written counter offer to buyer repair request
  • Assist seller in the negotiation of buyer inspection repair request
  • Assist seller in clearing potential issue(s) identified in title policy
  • Ensure seller and title have complete set of executed contract documents 
  • Update the Multiple Listing Service with status change to Under Contract
  • Assist title with and updates or property related documents (as needed)
  • Update the Multiple Listing Service to status Pending when Option Period expires 
  • Monitor important dates during contract period
  • Assist with complex paperwork and legal issues that may impact the sale
  • And anything else that comes up in the process of contract and closing
  • Attend closing
